We have been have been making Rum balls every other day and giving them out in the shop to our customers in the run up to Christmas. Not surprisingly (Lisa is a great cook), this has been well received and we have had several requests for the recipe, which is as easy as you could wish……Enjoy !
8 Crushed Weetbix
1 tin condensed milk
1 Cup desiccated coconut (+ extra for dusting)
2 Tablespoons Cocoa
1 Tablespoon Rum
1 Cup dried mixed fruit
Mix together, Let stand ¬? hour.
Roll into small balls and toss in coconut (keep palm of hand wet)
Keep in fridge.
